Michael Zahn is an American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef and Certified Culinary Educator, having twenty five years of professional experience ranging form fine dining restaurants, exclusive country clubs and large hotels. In 1998 Chef Zahn founded his own restaurant and catering company which was widely received as the best dining experience in the area and the capacity to cater up to two thousand people at a time. Additionally, Chef Zahn holds a CPFM certification and is in compliance with all local and state regulations.
Melissa Zahn has been in business management and accounting for nearly 20 years. Her primary focus is on budget and event management with concentration on cost control and guest relations. She feels that community involvement is vital and works with several non profit organizations and the Newton County School System. Melissa & Michael met in January 2007 and were married in April of 2008. They have worked on multiple projects together and look forward to helping others create memories that will last a lifetime.
Mac Hunter entered the culinary world twelve years ago as an apprentice chef under the watchful eye of Chef Michael Zahn. Chef Mac has traveled the world both East and West, and with his love for fine cuisine he has mastered the art of fusion cuisine into his dishes and developed his own approach to cooking. Chef Mac worked with Chef Michael at both Michael’s on the Square in Covington and Bacchus @ Club 908 in Conyers. He has also worked with Chef Michael in the catering world for many years bringing his skill in on site dessert presentations and his skill with knifes at carving stations to many of Chef Michael’s special events. Chef Mac holds a CPFM certification and is in compliance with all local and state regulations.
